Product Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not pleased with our product, service, or prices, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your suggestions are always welcome. We guarantee satisfaction on all of our products when you use them as directed for the purpose recommended. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product, you may return or exchange it.

This warranty applies to material only. We will not compensate for any installation or removal cost of defective material. All defects or shortages must be reported within 45 days of the invoice date.

Privacy & Security
We collect no personal information on consumers who browse our Web page.

If you register with Hardware of the Past you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us and you will be removed from our mailing list.

Hardware of the Past respects your privacy. The information you give us is not sold or shared with other organizations.

The site has security measures in place to protect from the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide us. When you register or make a purchase you will be taken to a secure server. At the bottom of the page you will see a little lock that lets you know that your information is encrypted.

Returning a purchase
You may return any item purchased from Hardware of the Past, for any reason within 45 days of the invoice date and receive a full refund on the merchandise. Items returned after 45 days may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Rattan products and chemicals are not returnable after 90 days. If you wish to return merchandise, simply e-mail us at hopinfo@hardwareofthepast.com,  or call 1-800-562-5855 for a Return Authorization Number.
